  Mr  Neven MADEY, Permanent Representative of Croatia ratified :

- Protocol No. 12 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ETS No. 177), and
- Protocol No. 13 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, concerning the abolition of the death penalty in all circumstances (ETS No. 187).

  Mr  Thomas KLESTIL, President of the Republic of Austria signed the Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature comitted through computers systems (ETS No. 189).

signed the Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189), and

  Mr  Ronald MAYER, Permanent Representative of Luxembourg signed the Convention on cybercrime (ETS No. 185) and its Additional Protocol concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189) .

  Mr  Daniel OSPELT, Permanent Representative of Liechtenstein ratified the European Convention on Spectator Violence and Misbehaviour at Sports Events and in particular at Football Matches (ETS No. 120).

  Mr  Rokas BERNOTAS, Permanent Representative of Lithuania ratified the European Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Decisions concerning Custody of Children and on Restoration of Custody of Children (ETS No. 105).

  Mr  Krzystof KOCEL, Permanent Representative of Poland ratified the Sixth Protocol to the General Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the Council of Europe (ETS No. 162).

. denounced the European Convention on the Protection of the Archaeological Heritage (ETS No. 66), and
. ratified the European Convention on the Protection of the Archaeological Heritage (Revised) (ETS No. 143).

  Dr  Vlado DIMOVSKI, Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs of Slovenia signed the European Code of Social Security (ETS No. 048).

  Mr Rokas BERNOTAS, Permanent Representative of Lithuania ratified the Civil Law Convention on Corruption (ETS No. 174).

  Mr Zvonimir JANKULOSKI, Permanent Representative of "the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia ratified :

. the European Convention on the Adoption of Children ( ETS No. 058),
. the European Convention on Information on Foreign Law (ETS No. 062), and its Additional Protocol (ETS No. 097),
. the European Agreement on the Transmission of Applications for Legal Aid (ETS No. 092),
. the European Convention on the Exercise of Children's Rights ( ETS No. 160), and

signed the European Landscape Convention (ETS No. 176).

  Mr Numan HAZAR, Permanent Representative of Turkey signed Protocol No. 6 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms concerning the Abolition of the Death Penalty (ETS No. 114).

  Mr Niels-Jorgen NEHRING, Permanent Representative of Denmark ratified the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (ETS No. 182).

  Mr Zoltan TAUBNER, Permanent Representative of Hungary signed :

. the Civil Law Convention on corruption (ETS No. 174), and
. the Second Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters ( ETS No. 182).

  Mr Torbjorn AALBU, Permanent Representative  of Norway signed Protocol No. 12 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ETS No. 177).

  Mr Neven MADEY, Permanent Representative of Croatia ratified :

. the European Convention on the Suppression of Terrorism (ETS No. 090), and
. the European Landscape Convention ( ETS No. 176).

  Mr Joseph LICARI, Permanent Representative of Malta :

. signed  the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (ETS No. 108), and the Civil Law Convention on Corruption (ETS No. 174), and
. signed and ratified  Protocol No. 7 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (ETS No. 117).
