Cyprus :

Declaration handed over to the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe at the time of signature of the instrument on 8 September 2011 - Or. Engl.

The Republic of Cyprus declares that the Protocol No. 3 to the Convention shall apply exclusively to all authorities, Municipalities and Communities as defined, created and functioning respectively under the erstwhile relevant Laws of the Republic, i.e. the Law on Municipalities and the Law on Communities.

Declaration contained in a Note verbale from the Permanent Representation of Slovenia, deposited with the instrument of ratification on 6 September 2011 - Or. Engl.

The Republic of Slovenia declares its willingness to fulfill the provisions of Protocol No. 3.
