Reservation contained in a Note verbale from the Permanent Representation of Italy, dated 6 November 2000, handed to the Secretary General at the time of signature of the instrument on 6 November 2000 - Or. Fr. Italy reserves itself the right not to apply Article 9, paragraph 1, in the part providing for the adoption of measures to impose criminal sanctions and measures on legal persons on whose behalf an offence referred to in Articles 2 or 3 has been committed by their organs or by members thereof or by another representative.
