Ger./Engl./Fr. The Third Additional Protocol of 20 April 1989 to the Protocol of 22 January 1965 to the European Agreement on the Protection of Television Broadcasts of 22 June 1960 shall also apply to Land Berlin with effect from the date on which it enters into force for the Federal Republic of Germany.
