Declaration contained in a letter from the Permanent Representative of Spain, dated 6 February 1996, registered at the Secretariat General on 8 February 1996 - Or. Fr. The Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Spain has, on 7 December 1995, confirmed the signature ad referendum, subject to ratification, of Protocol No. 11 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, deposited at its time by the Secretary of State Mr Carlos Westendorp y Cabeza.

Declaration contained in the instrument of acceptance, deposited on 21 January 1997 - Or. Engl.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands accepts the said Protocol for the Kingdom in Europe, the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba.
