Declaration contained in a letter from the Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom, dated 2 May 1980, registered at the Secretariat General on 6 May 1980 - Or. Engl.

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Agreement and Article 3 of the Additional Protocol, I hereby declare that the Agreement as amended shall apply to the following territories:

The Bailiwick of Jersey; the Bailiwick of Guernsey; the Isle of Man.
