Declaration made at the time of signature without reservation as to ratification, on 13 September 1962 - Or. Fr. The Danish Government exercised the option provided in Article 9 of the Agreement, by signing "with the reservation that it excludes from the benefits of this Agreement all persons resident in its territory who are eligible for the medical benefits referred to in Article 1". Period covered: 14/10/1962 -
Declaration made at the time of signature without reservation as to ratification, on 14 May 1962 - Or. Engl./Fr. At the time of signature, the Swedish Government declares in respect of Article 9: the provisions of this Agreement shall not apply to persons who are members of Swedish sick funds. Period covered: 15/6/1962 -
Declaration made at the time of signature without reservation as to ratification, on 14 May 1962 - Or. Engl./Fr. At the time of signature, the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland hereby declares in pursuance of Article 9 of this Agreement that it excludes from the benefits of this Agreement all persons resident in its territory who are eligible for the medical benefits referred to in Article 1.
