In accordance with the provisions of Article 19, paragraph 1, of the European Convention on the Social Protection of Farmers, the Republic of Austria declares that it reserves the right provided for in the Annex, points 4 and 5 : Point 4 : not to apply the provisions of Article 5, paragraph 1, sub-paragraph d. ; Point 5 : not to apply the provisions of Article 5, paragraph 3.
