Reservation made at the time of deposit of the instrument of ratification, on 5 January 1966 - Or. Fr. The Federal Republic of Germany will make use of the reservations provided for in Annex II to the Convention under numbers 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 15 and 16. Période d'effet : 22/9/1969 -
Reservation contained in the instrument of ratification, deposited on 10 April 1972 - Or. Germ. According to the terms of the instrument of ratification of the said Convention and of the Protocol of signature, Austria declares that it avails itself of the reservations provided for in Annex II to the Convention under numbers 1, 3, 4, 7 and 10. Reservation made at the time of deposit of the instrument and ratification, on 24 June 1969 - Or. Engl. In connection with the deposit by Denmark of the instrument of ratification of the European Convention on Compulsory Insurance against Civil Liability in respect of Motor Vehicles and the Protocol of Signature, I hereby declare that Denmark will avail itself, according to Article 3 of the Convention, of reservations 10 (first part), 14 and 16 provided for in Annex II. In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Convention, Norway declares that it avails itself of the reservations provided for in Annex II to the Convention under numbers 1, 6, 9, 10, 13 and 14. Reservation contained in a letter from the Permanent Representative of Sweden, dated 26 June 1969, handed to the Secretary General at the time of deposit of the instrument of ratification, on the same day - Or. Engl. Sweden avails herself of the options referred to in Article 2 of the Convention, and of reservations 8, 10, 14 and 16 provided for in Annex II to the Convention. Période d'effet : 24/9/1969 -
Reservation made at the time of signature, on 26 June 1974 - Or. Engl. The Turkish government shall retain the options provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 2 and shall reserve the rights provided for in paragraphs 1, 6, 8 and 12 of Appendix II to the Convention.
Reservations contained in a Note Verbale from the Government of the Republic of Turkey, handed over to the Secretary General at the time of deposit of the instrument of ratification, on 26 April 2000 - Or. Engl. The Turkish Government avails itself of the options provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 2 of the Convention, and of the reservations provided for in paragraphs 1, 6, 8 and 12 of Appendix II to the Convention.
