Declaration contained in the instrument of approval transmitted to the Secretary General by the Permanent Representative of Denmark and registered at the Secretariat General on 9 July 2003 – Or. Engl.

The Government of Denmark declares that the Protocol shall not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

The preceding statement concerns Article(s) : -

Netherlands :

Declaration contained in the instrument of acceptance deposited on 21 February 2000 - Or. Engl.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands accepts the said Protocol for the Kingdom in Europe.
