The Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands accepts the said Protocol for the Kingdom in Europe.

United Kingdom :

Declaration made at the time of signature without reservation as to ratification, on 22 July 1980 - Or. Engl.

The application of this Protocol shall extend to the Isle of Man and to Gibraltar.

Declaration contained in a letter from the Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom, dated 8 September 1983, registered at the Secretariat General on 9 September 1983 - Or. Engl.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 50 paragraph 2 of the Convention and Article 4 of the Protocol, on behalf of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, I now declare that the Convention and the Protocol shall extend to the Bailiwick of Jersey and to the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
