29 May 2015

  Serbia ratified Protocol No. 15 amending the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CETS No. 213) and

   signed the European Outline Convention on Transfrontier Co-operation between Territorial Communities or Authorities (ETS No. 106).

  Sri Lanka acceded to the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185).

28 May 2015

  San Marino ratified the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (ETS No. 108).

  Romania ratified Protocol No. 15 amending the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CETS No. 213).

27 May 2015

  Andorra ratified Protocol No. 15 amending the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CETS No. 213).

26 May 2015

  Portugal signed the Additional Protocol to the European Charter of Local Self-Government on the right to participate in the affairs of a local authority (CETS No. 207).

  Norway signed and ratified the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine concerning Genetic Testing for Health Purposes (CETS No. 203),

  and ratified:

. the Additional Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Dignity of the Human Being with regard to the Application of Biology and Medicine, on the Prohibition of Cloning Human Beings (ETS No. 168) and,
. the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine, concerning Biomedical Research (ETS No. 195).

  Belgium ratified the European Convention on the Adoption of Children (Revised) (CETS No. 202).
